Bahia Bowls began in 2016 with a simple yet profound question: how can we create a restaurant that is not only simple and profitable but also genuinely healthy? This question blossomed into a mission to simplify clean eating and fast-casual dining, offering vibrant, nutrient-packed meals that delight the senses and nourish the body. From day one, our focus has been on harnessing the power of nature’s freshest ingredients. People crave food that is both healthy and convenient.
So, in 2017, we opened the first Bahia Bowls in Estero with a simple mission: serve undeniably delicious, all-natural super fruit bowls in a welcoming atmosphere, and prove that healthy food could be a successful, scalable business.
