Our Franchise Development Team includes real estate and construction experts ready to help you identify the perfect location and develop the physical space of your café. We look for low-impact, high-traffic areas.

- Proximity to residential areas, schools, universities, and health-focused businesses.
- Strong local demographics with a focus on health-conscious consumers.
- Appropriate square footage (typically 900-1,400 sq ft) for efficient operations and customer flow.
